Berries frozen through IQF (individual quick frozen) grade A process allow for high quality standards and maintain the flavor and nutritional properties of the fruit. This product does not contain preservatives, which makes the fruit keep all its properties.
Frozen berries can be used in the preparation of juices, desserts, pastry and cooking in general. As a general rule, this type of products has a duration of 18 months from the time of its preparation. However, its shelf life can vary between 1.5 and 2 years from the date of packaging, that’s why it must be kept under temperature conditions of -18ºC until its expiration date. Once the product is unfrozen, it can no longer be frozen back.
